Last Saturday, we took a day trip up to Canton to visit Cagle's Dairy Farm and Pumpkin Patch. Well, us and everyone else in Atlanta:) We arrived to a jam packed parking lot, and a never ending line to purchase tickets to see all the sights. We figured LG was a tad young for the diary tour, pony rides, and corn maze, so we checked out the pumpkin patch instead, drank some yummy lemonade, and called it a day! It is a great place to visit, and I highly recommend it for toddlers and older children.

My First Wedding!

The first weekend of October, Leighton went to her first wedding at Big Canoe! Jill and Craig got married, and it was a beautiful, perfect weekend! Leighton didn't want to sleep, so she stayed up WAY past her bedtime both Friday and Saturday night. She did the Cupid Shuffle for the first time, and I am pretty sure she's already a party animal :) She will fit in perfectly as an Alpha Chi at U of A in about 17 years! Disco Swap anyone??

Final Beach Trip Of The Year!

Leighton and I went down to Florida a couple of weeks ago, because I had to travel for work, and Meme met us in Orange Beach to babysit while I was in meetings. Afterwards, we went to Destin for a couple of days. We spent some time in pool, shopping, playing dress up, and we had a great time! It was fun to have one last warm weather beach hurrah before the chill of fall sets in.... Ohhhh, how I love warm weather and loathe the cold!!! Here are some pics....
